Ha I got an earful from my wife for using all of her Krazy glue on a project the other day. I think I'd be ok just using a hairdryer. Never know though. Temperamental bunch they are lol

    Thanks, as did yours!

Gotta differentiate the rig from the never ending sea of Tacomas I see out there every day.

Mine. I think it was $60 for 2 off Etsy. He resized it for free.

That'll be bad ass. Make sure to post pics once you get it on.

I was with Light Armored Recon division (LAR). I thought about incorporating that, but in the end just decided on generic Marine Corps.

If I think about it though, what exactly makes it a Marine Corps edition besides the decal? It probably should be either camo or tan/green to really make sense. Also should have molle panels and other stuff like that. But in the end its my rig and I can do whatever the hell I want lol

    Appreciate you saying that

I've served with all kinds of army folks that were professional and legit hard asses. Worked alongside Abrams crews in the Gulf in 91 and Rangers in Somalia in 93. Yea I'm old as dirt...

I have had a lot of good luck with this Turtle Wax bug and tar remover. Works really well. Much better than Goo Gone for larger tasks. Just in case anyone needs it:

Get to them while the truck is new… also, when it’s cool outside - the glue doesn’t get gooey and comes right up. Here’s another tip with sticky agape residue - use the removed tape (or packing tape) to dab the residue remnants. The glue will stick to itself and clean up nicely. I have used this trick for years to remove price tags, tape, labels, etc.

That's a typical Summer Temperature mid day where we live. I'll give it a try.

I replaced mine. Used rubbing alcohol with some water to dilute it and a hairdryer (sucks the bed outlet won’t support it.) the bug and tar stuff works great too, just didn’t have any.

The only truck that should have stickers is an ice cream truck
