Ya I think they (hedgies) realize the damage is done already. Explains why the SEC is now saying before the shareholder meeting etc they will protect retail investors etc. Oh ya… Cause they surely have protected us before. Guarantee it’s cause they know exactly what’s coming and need to position themselves on the “right” side of things when it all blows up. I for one am gonna head to Gamestop and buy all the ps5 games I can.

 

Oh I agree it won’t get them all out of it. But logically you’d think they’d try a different approach. And maybe low and slow prevents some of that FOMO. Look at a day line today, how many people see a casual climb like that and think, I gotta get in it’s taking off? More likely thinking they’ll buy when it dips to 250. Prevent big buying dips and big FOMO runs for as long as they can, maybe reduce the damage by 10%. Who knows. They have to know if they slam it to 220 it will just get bought up.

Yah, at the end of the day I don't think any of us have an idea until it finally happens one way or another. The only thing we really know is nobody is selling, and that's the lynchpin.

 

Let’s go with that as the reason crypto is crapping again. Makes me feel like I’m not losing money, they are just transferring it to another account for me

 

I don't think they can do another $350 to $170 type of crash. Too many people are way too educated now. If we assume that just /r/superstonk owns the free float (very likely) and we assume those people are there because they are believers, they aren't going to sell. Just not enough firepower to really knock it down I don't think.

If they do manage to somehow do it, 400,000 people who are still buying at $280 are going to buy up a $200 dip instantly and it'll go right back up.

Edit: And lets say, for some wild reason they manage to knock it down to say $50 a share. They still have to start covering at some point. If they start covering even at that price, it's going to blow up and start the moass all on its own.

Ive been trying to move my account completely over to another broker but with all the volotility that we have had the past few weeks i was worried about having my shit in transit when it hit a sell point for me personally

 

It doesn't just float in space until it's moved.

Itll be in process for several days, and then one day - it'll be out of the shit hole that is RH.

i set up a total transfer of my account to webull a while back, read as in process for two weeks, i couldnt do anything with my stocks whatsoever
and then at the start of week three it kicked it back and said the transfer was failed because i owned ARKK and ARKX and DOGE and they were not eligible for transfer

i def hate on RH but at this point just be happy that those of us who are new to this are involved at all and are doing our financial best to HODL and get some tendies too
