Nice setup I eventually wanna go with the fox 2.5s as well. How much lift did you get? Also if you dont mind me asking how much did they run you?

 

gave me about 2.5” lift as shipped. Adjustable preload would probably let me go a bit more. Love the ride, it likes to go fast! Not sure if the DSC option is worth the extra $$ personally, but not much choice for in-stock shocks when I was buying. Got them from 4wheel parts for about $2k.

 

They are a very sick wheel. I dig them. Just need a more aggressive offset

 

Welded extra tabs on bumper for corner lights, rear diff breather that's been sitting on the shelf for like 3 years, installed rci front skid, got winch mounted and modified alllll the stuff to get it to fit

 

Got this stuff in but haven’t installed yet.. waiting for a smaller bezel for the exhaust since there’s not a lot of room on the bedside. Next is black carpet and black suede headliner after I lay the kilmat sound deadening down

What offset are yours? Mine are -18 but in a 17x9.5.

Is the tarp being held up to "hide" a non-Toyota, or is someone simply folding it? Great pic. Great impromptu Taco/4Runner/Tundra gathering.

 

It was just being folded. It looks weird because of the “pano” photo I was taking. It’s another Tacoma.
This just happened to be all the vehicles there. Nobody knew each other. While I was unloading 3 more arrived as others left.

 

Glad you caught that. How did you find out your coil was cracked?

 

Blacked out the shifter stick with some heat shrink. Clean.

I have since changed the cigarette lighter plug to the double USB ports and bought a new cord for my dash camera.

 

Did you paint your shifter bezel ?

 

@Dr. Hook Not me but my brother busted a spring few months back on his ‘17 Pro. His extended warranty covered it. Service manager didn’t have much good to say about the Fox shocks and it took weeks to get a replacement set.

 

I did. I think I might buy a black OEM down the road though. The painted one has too many nics from abuse.

 

Bought these just for fun. They are exactly what I have now, morimoto style + a DRL halo.



I plan on buying a new steel bumper soon and will be switching over to high quality lights. Will most likely put these up for sale with my other two sets of fogs when I make the switch.

 

I can highly recommend the DD SS3 Sports once you decide to go down that rabbit hole. They throw a ton of light for the price point... @memario1214 will set ya up right on a set.
