Afternoon stockers!

Not quite as muggy today as it was yesterday. Didn't accomplish much at all. Gonna order a new coil and wires for the beater. Drove it around today and with the AC on (it works surprisingly, nice and cold too!) the misfire is a little more pronounced. Gonna try $70 more worth of parts. After that I give up, lol. Already got new spark plugs. I'll clean them up a little bit while I'm in there.

 

97 with 47% humidity here...

 

Humidity is around 55% here with a slight breeze, so not too bad. Always is a slight breeze here in-between two mountains. Heat and humidity don't bother me, guess 8 years in Mississippi will do that...

This heat is supposed to give up Thursday here. After a storm comes through.

 

I can't use window A/C units, windows are to small. I have portable A/C unit that sucks.

No A/C in the SUV, unless I drive fast enough to cool things off.

I had a sweat line on my shirt where the seat belt was.

 

My better half said "screw this shit" after fighting to get as much space as possible away from my body heat last night. Went and bought a window AC this morning and I had it installed in ten minutes. Beautiful glorious cold air.

 

So what you're saying is she basically said "you're hot shit"

 

Started on a deck today....surrounded by asphalt on three sides. Good times at 92 degrees.

 

I freeze one gallon jugs of water for working outside on days like today. Melts while you work and always have ice cold water.
A deck?! Rich person stuff!

 

Pretty damn close!

 

That's precisely what I did. Got another in the freezer for tomorrow. I'm borrowing a 10x10 pop up canopy for some shade to cut/work under. That should provide some relief.

 

Theyre a friggin life saver. Supposed to be slightly less hot tomorrow.
