As some who has ridden it, (because surely you would not just be linking a paid shill and a tourism video without having ridden these trails) what are your thoughts? @honda50r has more experience riding and building trails than you but I would be interested to hear your contrasting opinion.

Same. I’d like to hear more. Everything you see in videos, even not sponsored or paid ones, is how great the trails are there. But then you have Alex, who WE KNOW KNOWS trails, and he says it’s not worth it.

is it “Knoxville isn’t as popular as bentonville jealousy?” Or is it true honest not worth visiting in comparison to other places.

I can say, Alex was right about Knoxville, it’s fantastic.

These trails are a ton of fun. They build them faster than I can get down to them to ride. I guess I don't have much else to say about it.

I was just trying to see if you guys wanted to travel to another MTB destination. I will take this as a big no and let you have your thread back.

Scotty that is a good point and I recognize there may be some jealously in my viewpoint. The reality is so many communities around the country have exponentially better systems and culture than Bentonville yet the marketing dollars feed this narrative that a random small town in NORTHWEST ARKANSAS is the MTB Capital of the World. Get outta here

Don't play the victim card here. You came into a thread of experienced mountain bikers claiming you know this MTB Holyland. If you only ride in Missouri than of course you think NWA is a mecca and that is perfectly understandable but you really should ride in true mountain bike destinations, then you'll understand our viewpoint.

With all that being said, Shepherd MTB Park in Ironton, MO sounds legit and I do want to ride there

    https://www.visitarcadiavalley.info/mtbpark

Lol. Fair play. I shouldn't be so opinionated about NWA, more people on bikes the better

I wasn’t saying there is jealousy in your viewpoint, I absolutely understand and for the most part agree with what you’ve said. I’m not driving 9+ hours just to ride there that’s for sure, but…that doesn’t mean they aren’t good trails. It’s just interesting to me that most of what you see is positive about that area, aside from what I’ve seen from you. So it does make you question the reasoning.

like I love my local trails, they’re roudy. But they sure as hell aren’t worth traveling multiple hours to haha. But your local trails are worth that. Are they worth 9+ hours just for them? Nope. But that all depends on the individual right?

Sure. Late September looks okay for me right now but that's also college football season so I may be absent for a ride pending Vols game time.

Sept 18 would be perfect but also may be a little hot

No can do for week of October 15-16 (will be at the beach for our anniversary) but can make the others!

Was also considering getting up to Beech or Sugar this weekend but am curious how the trails will be.
