Even @FastEddy59 thinks these jokes are bad.
I'll trade you some of that solid state plutonium for my miniature sustained hydrogen reaction.
    Why? My name is Rahl...

@Cooldood as someone that sells a bunch of power tools, here's what you need to do. Buy a Milwaukee cordless 4.5" grinder bare tool, then spring for the 12.0 ampH battery. You'll get corded power and much longer run time and it's the cheapest option.

Do any of y’all own a Hatfield brand shotgun? Local Walmart has them for $104 for a single shot .410, just curious about the quality.

Morning friends! The post from last night about the old Black and Decker grinder gave me a smile to start the day!
I think that I have one like that larger one and two smaller ones that were my grandfather's.

No matter what the owner of our Company would not charge any thing to expedite work so we had the favorite of the day.

Till the next day another company took there place.

You have better luck with at least 3 grinders for different discs .

Through the side handle away if you want the grinder to last.

the grinder needs to fit your hand if I end up with that does not fit it goes to the helper or gets pawned off to someone.

I have to laugh I bought a few harbor freight grinders for the helpers 20 years ago all but one still work being dropped 3 stories will break most things.

Time to replace the deburring tool. The end has gotten so worn it doesn’t rotate anymore and it’s tough to deburr a round hole.

Speaking of deburring, I’ve been trying to find an alternate solution with my production manager for deburring odd shaped cutouts in aluminum sheet. The burr whip tools are great for straight or consistent curves or arcs, but we have a hard time deburring odd shapes with efficiency. A lot of times the parts are larger and can’t be maneuvered around easily and are also too large for our timesaver machine.
Since a lot of you guys are machinist, I thought you might have experience with the crimped disc brushes often used for deburring on a mill. my thought is to possibly use one of these on a variable speed grinder at around 2,000 rpm and it might be able to give us portability and enough forgiveness to be able to blend around odd cutouts.
I’m thinking of buying one just to try it out.

Thoughts? Other options? Next “near death” topic?!?!!!
