    My pet theory is that some of the announcements about brokers/banks disallowing GME shorts is cutting off some clients at the bar before they get too wasted (margin call). Even for BOA, you don't want to piss off a multi-billion hedge fund.

    Of course, it means those same alkys can't grind the price down as effectively any more and natural market pressures re assert themselves.

    I think thats where we are now.
