I deleted my ZR2 a couple months ago and finally got around to getting rid of the DEF tank last night. Naturally I filled the tank not too long before deleting it, so needless to say I ended up covered in DEF before I was finished up. That shit is nasty!

 

Good afternoon, gents. I'm getting ready to move down to SA within the next few months and wanted to reach out to the local community. Moving from MD and I can't wait to move back down to Texas. I bought a Tacoma last year and I've been waiting to upgrade the truck until I move down there, MD is pretty pricey for lifts and whatnot. Do you all have any recommendations? Military friendly? Once you get established, you always host a wrench meet with bbq & beer, and get lift knocked out in no time.

 

30min after room temp, off to the smoker.

 

Brown sugar and what else is on there? You plan on crutching them half way through the cook?

 

Yup, Just these 4 ingredients, ~3.5hr smoke time.


Baste with some Baby Rays at half time, no crutch/foil cause grill temp is set 180, and I bring up the temp to 225 to 250 for the last 30mins.

Good Morning SA! Slept in because the dog had us up for something in the middle of the night. Probably a cat, and I didn't get it wet. Mikkels' working early, and wife headed to store, so I just laid around with the dog until everyone left. Putz's today, errands tomorrow...
