MTB is kind of a sickeningly accurate analogy to the work week. Just have to hope the downhill is good enough to make up for all the time spent on the grind!

It's actually a pretty funny joke, or a total coincidence (which i doubt).

Another name for a saddle sore....

A furuncle is an acute, deep-seated, red, hot, tender nodule or abscess that evolves from a staphylococcal folliculitis. A carbuncle is a deeper infection comprised of interconnecting abscesses usually arising in several contiguous hair follicles.

I also had a Forester XT (2005) for like 10 years before I got my Taco. Wife has a 2015 Outback too coming from a 2003 4Runner. The Outback has nearly as much interior space as the 4Runner and gets WAY better mileage plus drives nicer on the road. Both Subarus were/are great for what they are. If you don't need a truck bed they are a great option for gravel road/light "off road" and road trips. Our Outback with a roof box and hitch rack can carry a serious load of gear around.

Mid week rides do help! Hey any ideas what the e-bike of work week would be?

I’m retired. I could ride every day but I’m lazy. I did get in 19 miles and 1700’ today, door to door, no Tacoma or rack or tailgate pad needed, about 40% singletrack. Saw about 3 bikes on the dirt, and at least half a dozen deer. Now get back to work.

    Your optimism is adorable.

They're sold out of everything! (except their gravel bike)

edit: gravel bike frame. All complete bikes are gone.

I was only trying to poke fun at their Busch league move to release another “named bike” that only differs in rear wheel size. What was wrong with saying the wrekoning can be mulletized?
