    Custom Aluminum Camper
Created the bed platform for the camper. Used mostly wood slats, but added two aluminum ones where most of the load will be placed when getting into the bed and where most of the mass will be when sleeping. I wanted it this way so it could be collapsed somewhat out of the way when not in use to give more room in the bed of the truck.

Is it just the OEM headlight assembly with Morimotos? Or you built your assembly? Any close up shots, please?

h4 conversion housings off of ebay. many different ones you can buy. i lucked out with these having a nice glass lens. rear of housings have to but cut out so projector can sit deep enough. jbweld projector itself to the housing. depending on hid bulb used youl need to melt the airbox to clear bulb and move battery back as much as you can. 95-97 trucks are a bit more of a paint to retrofit that the others

Rockers are shot. But honestly the paints in decent shape. Windshield area rust needs to be addressed. So roof will need painted and a new tailgate. But with rockers tailgate and roof
Repair this thing will probably look awesome all fixed up.

    addressing the rusted bumpers with
Costal off-road bumpers once the frames done.

I did mine 3 years ago, or so
I used these, GLASS lens, ALUMINUM buckets, no JB needed ,NO PLASTIC parts, just a lot of runs to the hardware store to figure out the back end with adding washers and a metal chrome plumbing wall cover mount.
Soaked the lens over night and the lens fell right out of the bucket too, no oven needed.

Took a while getting the horizontal beams even but finished great,
Was a tight fit to get the mini 7.0 projector to fit in the bucket but with a little grinding here and there inside the buckets and two layers off thin sealer inbetween the glass and bucket to get them a little more room to fit like a glove.

There will be a number of areas to grind off to modify,
The area where the washers stack,
The inside wall area of the back of the bucket where the projector hits the bucket.

Later Added Philips extreme bulbs (170.00), found some rubber boots to cover the back electrical wires on the buckets,
    painted the inside lens black
    Soo much light output power!,,,

I just installed the Sony 5500 head unit small amp and some 6x8s. Sooo much better should have done this years ago.

I've been using the same 'crush' washers for quite a number of years. No leaks, no problems. :notsure:

Same, only way I know how to kill em entirely is to use an impact on them or use copper crush washers (seem softer, don't last multiple rounds like the alum)

Yeah, probably not wise to use an impact on the oil pan drain plug. :D

Have you (or anyone) heard from OG Fab? I know lead time is long but I ordered a third gen rear window Molle panel over a month ago and was charged when I placed the order. I’ve only sent one email but have been ghosted. Should I be worried?
