I had a great experience with them. They did my two new heat pumps last year. My power bill has never been so low and I spent WAY less heating my home this past winter with a heat pump versus the old propane furnace.

Nah. The commercial just cracks me up. How exactly does a person turn on an hvac “gently”. I feel sorry for the people paying $89 bucks for them to come out and wash the condenser unit with their own garden hose.

 

While we are on this topic here’s a pro tip: find out what size capacitor your fan and compressor use and buy an extra of each. They are like $6 on Amazon but they will charge you $200 to come change it when it dies on the hottest day of Summer (that’s when they fail). It’s plug and play.

If anyone needs a HVAC guy, I found a great group of guys. Small business still, but they fixed GF's AC in her condo (needed capacitor and heavy cleaning) for $3xx, and they were so pleasant to deal with that I had them come clean my system (about 5 years old - never cleaned). They were able to do the GF's AC the next day, and took about 3 days to schedule my cleaning out.
