I was straight edge growing up
Not like the cult or anything but I was raised very very catholic which meant none of my family condones drinking of any variety and same with “substances”

after getting super fucked up in the MC I was put on methadone and it totally made me a zombie and I hated how I felt,
I had a friend recommend the vape cartridges and then I eventually moved onto flower

I feel a million times better than the methadone and have more control over my day to day life

I still have days I can’t move without my wheelchair or walker
But most days you can’t tell I have any problems at all.

bourbon was honestly more of something I got into because of a love for Kentucky (my home) and the history/photography
And then drinking bourbon just came with the territory

These guys...They can A/C in the summer and heat in the winter....we were closed to adding 2 to the house but they said we needed a 10K upgrade to our electrical so no dice...5 years later we're renovating and did the electrical upgrade anyhow...Now it's moving up the post $GME list

Oooooh a mini split

Yeah I want to build my house as a passive house and use mini splits for cooling

 

Yeah man, I’ve got severed and dead nerves in my left leg
And as a result my right leg and lower back are deteriorating at a pretty rapid rate

The VA has been up my ass to convince me to do a rebuild of my right hip
But they rebuilt and gutted my left in 2016 and it just didn’t help
If anything it made my temporary issue into a permanent problem

i was ready to spend $200 last friday but couldnt get teh order to fill for 9.80 in AH.

i didnt want to chase because i though it was just another PnD "squeeze is happening" type deal.
