    KAT is a long trail, over 900 miles and it goes through several offroad parks. Black Mountain in Harlan Kentucky is a great place to ride. If you go check out the Lions Den, it is crazy hard. They also have a few fun rock gardens too and the highest mountain point in Kentucky. It is a good place to stay a night or two, they have a few cabins.
