I like them so much I might move my Roth IRA over to them.

Top notch customer service, you can speak to someone pretty quickly, and they are actively making their website and app better.

They even have a subreddit looking for feedback and they make changes directly from that.

I've chatted with customer service with Fidelity and Vanguard, and Fidelity was a better overall experience. And when it comes to my money, I want to have the best experience possible if there are any issues.

i think we saw a little DFV b-day run up yesterday and today will be more "normal" whatever that word means for GME

 

My 401k and I have another personal account with Fidelity. I run TDA as well. No issues with either platform.

My ROTH is with Victory Capital and I'm not sure I'm going to stick with them. USAA transferred ROTH management to them last year and the jury is still out.
