That is a clean look! Looking to getting new tires in that size for the 2020 TRD Pro, keep contemplating on the Ridge Grapplers

Just received my 4" rise/drop Anderson and took it right away to my friend to have it polished before installing it on my truck. I know, it will get tarnished, scratched and so forth but I wanted it nice and shiny for the time being until I begin to tow with it. Never seen one polished so I thought why not, let's do it! I will clean it regularly and do my best to keep the shine, almost hesitant to even install it.

I've got the non JBL system and it was terrible. I upgraded the tweeters to the Subaru ones, and it made a huge difference. I took the time and did the front and rear speakers back in late April. It was an improvement. But nothing that's gonna impress sound aficionados. Toyota really needs to hire sound enthusiasts and get the speakers right. But that's just my 2 cent opinion.

My wife walked in while I was scrolling through all these pictures and asked me what they were, so I told her "sex toys"... and she seemed to accept my explanation...

I think that should at least concern her - lol. If I said that I would get a real disgusting look and the "We need to talk" look

Finally had a day off to put these @TUFSKINZ door sills in. Wasnt hard at all. And I think it looks better than the OEM.

But man, the front doors had some serious scratches going on under those OEM ones.

Protip: a spray bottle of rubbing alcohol makes the cleaning of the door seals a lot easier. Found this at the local Kroget. Was $2.29.

I don't know whether another member already said this, but I really like what you did on the upper-grille-surround . . . trim piece . . . thing :)
Did you just take some tailgate letters and slap them on? Looks really good! Reminds me of the Ford SuperDuty emblem on their grilles--super aggressive

Why would they do that when they can not do that and still have a best-selling truck?

I agree with @playdixie, my 2011 IS250 FSport audio system destroys my 2020 TRD Pro and it is NOT the Mark Levinson system either. I have way more volume in the Lexus and much clearer too. maybe I am being too picky but I love a great audio system

I’m pretty sure I would spend less on sex toys than I do on Taco upgrades, so overall I think my wife would prefer I buy the sex toys.

I have found it hard to get true info on the Tacoma JBL system. Is the RAV4 JBL identical?

I've had my 2021 with JBL for about a month now. I have a decently upgraded sound system in my 2004 Honda Element. Not amazing but sounds pretty darn good with full sound for an Element. There are times the Tacoma JBL sounds better and other times where it just sounds like crap. It depends on the source. Some SiriusXM channels sound great but others sound like crap depending on the compression they use for the channel. Bluetooth from my iPhone tends to be pretty consistent and decent if the music is stored on my iPhone. Streaming audio over the iPhone to the JBL via Bluetooth also hit and miss.

I asked my 16 year old kid driving to school the other day what sounded better, the Element or the Tacoma. She said they both sound good, but different. She said the Element sounded more consistent and full, but when the Tacoma sounded good it REALLY sounded good. I think she said it sounded very "deliberate" sounding. She also admitted when it sounded like crap, it really did sound like crap. Usually too much muddy bass.

What are you spraying with the rust prevention? The composite bed where you drill the holes or the bolts or both?

I installed cali Raised stiffeners a few weeks ago. Didn't even consider this. Is it necessary?

I almost got hit by a rogue tire that had just escaped from the rear axle of a 1st gen Taco. It went through 4 lanes of traffic and passed me up in the fast lane before coming to a nice resting stop on the center guard rail.

Does the trash can cup even touch the bottom or does that glare out keep it raised? It looks raised in the pic
What did you use for attachments- clips or fabric loops? I’ve been wanting something for my girls but I found Rainer single post loops that I liked more than dual post… but if I can make something
