Haven't had the need to trim the fenders all the way around. Just the corners so far. I have rubbed on the fenders only a couple of times full lock while turning on steep inclines in the desert. Hasn't concerned me too much, but I'll trim more as I go. I also have rake in my truck btw. I was thinking of adjusting for another inch or so... maybe in the future.

    Those look like method 701s

You running wheel spacers? SPC uca's?
Im still debating if 0 offset is enough (looks like it is but people were rubbing on their UCA)

Yeah they are the 701s. They are the 17x9 offset -12. I'm running fox 2.5 dsc with Icon Delta UCA, no wheel spacers. I heard people are having issues rubbing on the uca with 0 offset wheels, no spacers, with 285/75. I did get an alignment after installation and they did it right. Hope this helps!

Just wanted to thank everyone on this thread for all the useful information. After cranking up the coilover (2" driver, 1 3/4" passenger) and alignment shop adjusting +3.5 deg caster, got no rubbing anymore forward and reverse on pavement and no cutting so far. 285/75R17 KO2's on Method Grid 0 offset. Going to take on a trail tmrw to see about the rubbing while flexing, hopefully dont have to cut much. I was very hesitant to CMC and with all the useful info in this thread was able to skirt around it it seems. Appreciate it very much thanks all cheers

EDIT** She's def still got some rubbing, but it wasnt too bad. The trail was pretty easy, although we took some rougher sections hard to see. I will have to take her out wheelin on some real 4x4 trails soon I hope. Again thanks so much to all.

Finally got the tires on and very pleased with them.

For anyone wondering or comes across this, I am currently running:
    6112/5160’s (top clip both sides)
3” leaf pack in the rear
Spc UCA’s (set to max caster)
    0 offset method 306 mesh
    1.25” spidertrax spacers (just front)

After an alignment and some soft roading, I currently still rub on stock body mount when turning tight (which was expected & cmc to come), a little on the corners by the body mount along with the corner of the front bumper.

Overall the drivability is almost the same as my 265/70/17’s, haven’t noticed a HUGE difference but don’t expect to race anyone.

For anyone thinking about running these with 0 offset wheel, it is possible however when I jacked the truck up, at full lock it will rub on the LCA but didn’t see any rubbing on the UCA. Between the UCA and the tire I had about a fingers width.

I had the opposite happen, no rubbing on the UCA but had rubbing on the LCA. I’m running the 0 offset method 306 mesh. This was after an alignment and 2* of caster added from SPC UCA’s

    Interesting

It must mostly be alignment techs using different methods to push the wheel around.

My Falkens balanced pretty quick. As for the rubbing, get to +3 caster. Should clear up. No need to hammer the pinch weld with these sizes.

Got the KDMAX aggressive regular tune. From a stop, feels like my truck lost 500 lbs. I don't even notice the weight of the tires anymore.
