Unfortunately everything ive been ordering lately hasnt been available locally. With the exception of the watch I ordered for my dad's retirement gift but it was on sale for 60% off online. Local store had it marked up 20% and had to order it anyways.

 

Got the all clear from Blake, here’s the skids

 

Fancy! They were bare metal when we tested them.

 

I’ll definitely be snagging a full set when they go live, but I want the aluminum set.

I have their sliders and have been very happy with them. I do want to look at skids soon.

 

Aluminum will also be offered. Made with 6061 aluminum which is stronger than standard 5052 used by most manufacturers (According to Blake).

 

I have their sliders too. Really happy with the way they looked on my 2016. Ive been too lazy/busy to toss them on the new truck yet.

 

Hey guys, does anyone know what happened to @Zac of all trades of First World Problems Fabrication? It seems like he fell off without posting about it. Last I could find of him using the search function were in this thread and his vendor thread here.

That is good to know. I may be interested in the Al option to keep weight down with all the stuff I already have on there. Not doing rock crawling so don't need heavy armor. Would just like something a little more stout than the OEM.

 

I came across recommendations for his tool mounts in several threads. I'll probably fab my own at this point but my curiosity got the better of me once I realized he was AWOL without a post mentioning why.

 

Is there anyone in DFW who can rebuild King’s? If not I’ll go see Chris whenever I can get down there
