i had the same shit going on for me when i was selling puts on RIDE.
the lower it dips, the more people want to buy these OTM calls (is the way i'm interpreting)....and then the price goes up.
Also, sometimes you'll see crazy spreads based on the ask...so your call may not actually be worth what it's saying, but cause of the spread...it's higher than it should be...

I don't know if the theory has been promoted...but perhaps the Bitcoin dip was engineered to get people to sell off gains in $GME et al and move over to Crypto....

 

Could be, most people in GME are also into crypto. People who see the collapse coming, inflation, and the general crap of the market may be seeing bitcoin as a better place to hold their money.

But then again, people who are in both probably lost a lot of money on the crypto crash too. So they would have to be targeting new investors.

Too much thinking too hard about this IMO. Prices move around. I expect we'll now see another climb to new highs over the next few weeks.

 

Im starting to see a trend in my portfolio. Monday-wed is all gains, thursday crash, friday sideways... then the weekend.

Get your best-fit line out. The outliers just muddy data. I would (and do) ignore them.

 

All the GME data is muddy. This recent run acted more like a pump and dump to me. Using the anticipation of yesterday to drive prices up.
