Apparently politican pics are back in vogue in the blow up doll thread.
Or the mods haven't caught it yet.

Tonight's dinner menu is maple hickory salmon grilled on a cedar plank with grilled yellow squash on the side.

Appreciate that. Got me rethinking it, I have 15 other house projects so maybe this is the right direction.

    Hi all,

I’ve been in CA for a few years and losing my mind in this bonkers city/state. Considering a move to CO possibly by the end of the year. Based on input from friends out there we are looking at Littleton/Golden (lol @ availability and prices) - anyone here from around those areas to give input?

Looking for access to nature (fishing/hiking), good school districts, and not super crowded. Would love input from locals.

Thanks & sorry for another CA transplant.

I'm in Arvada, north of those spots but get ready to pay SD prices at this point. There is no where not super crowded anymore in the metro areas. You're gonna want to look east...like way east of I-25.

I got a house east of 25 I'd offer up for consideration. all the parking you'd ever need, 240 in the garage, next to a park, quick access to Boulder for easy commutes. $699,999 no low ballers I know what I got.

The sad thing is, it all looks ‘cheap’ from here. Avg in SD is 825k for a single family now (~1300’ in a meh area). It looks like things there are 1-200k cheaper for 2x the sq ft and an actual yard.

I’m fine to have some kind of commute. Any reason I shouldn’t be looking on the west side of town?
