Still think TITNC3: Return of the Iceberg was peak

I have NO idea how mine are up.

I bought the 7/2 $630c when it "dipped" to $275 - you guys saw the screenshots, I was down $300 plus and now I'm only down $115.

I bought my 2 7/2 490c when the price "dipped" around $250 and $240 respectively. That is now up $401.



I have no idea why.

I'm waiting for their ATM complete announcement. That felt like the time when they bought a ton in the $155 range lol

 

Is that a hard and fast rule? I'll admit I dont know the timetable for when it has to be announced

Same. I've never seen this in the 15 years I've been trading options. The gamma and delta are both very low but there's no way my $550's should have gone up. The volume on that strike and expiry was only 29 according to E-Trade. Strange shit but I'll take it. lol

Nothing is set in stone. Usually a company files then sells. I don't think it's legal for them to sell stock without a filing. In this case GME said they would provide a supplement to their S-3. Maybe they did and it gets added to the S-3? I would dig but I'm way to lazy to give a shit. lol

 

So whats the new estimate for when gme is going to crash the market?
If the market dips low enough maybe everybody else in this thread can pitch in and we can do a hostile takeover of Sears or piggly wiggly

The day they did the offering is the same day they filed with the SEC.

You have to put an & between the T and the A for me to get on board. If you could draw a bunch of lines on a chart and accurately predict the stock market, the guy that knew how would just bet the farm every day for a week and buy an island and disappear.

 

That quote I posted a few pages back is from their recent 8-K. It's just strangely worded. They say they will amend the S-3. Usually when a company has a stock offering they put it in an 8-K that states the intent to sell in and of itself. Not as part of the 8-K for an earnings release. Not saying it didn't happen just that it's weird as fuck. I guess if there's a 5M difference in outstanding shares reported from FINTEL tomorrow we'll know for sure. lol

 

yea, these stock news sites are always half-cocked...
not that i read a lot of SEC filings...but yea, it's essentially a press release with their 'intent' to raise more money...but doesn't seem like they have actually filed it.

it's coincide with their earnings release...
