You will have trouble in Colorado, I had to hit 2nd gear on the high mountains because of the thick air, we thought our trucks were having mechanical issues, lol

Everyone will, they won't have a choice. I hit 4th, then 3rd, then 2nd and thought damn something is wrong with my truck. I got on my CB and said guys something is wrong with my truck and they replied "man I'm glad you said something" they thought the same thing, lol

It was the pressure of the timeline that probably made it worse for me. Didn't really have the option of stopping for a nap or I'd sleep too long and be late.

I stopped in Albuquerque on my way home. I was worn out. On the way out, I planned to stop somewhere a few hrs from Denver......I just never got tired. Now as soon as I got to my buddy's in Denver......I was out like a light

The first time I drove out, I was headed to Cedar City for work. Made it to Albuquerque and stopped for some Denny's. I planned on getting some sleep for the rest of the night, but I realized while eating that if I waited any longer than dinner, I'd be super late for check-in at work the next morning. Had to jam it the rest of the trip anyway.
