Installed the new dash cam. This one is light years away compared to the old one. Ended up hardwiring it to the interior fuse box with a few Cali Raised fuse taps.

Very happy with how it turned out.

The past few months I've been accumulating and installing parts here and there as they arrived. Almost everything I've ordered has arrived, so I took PTO this week and got everything I've received so far installed, including:

    AlphaRex headlights
    Leitner Designs bed rack
Rhino Rack loading system for my Hobie Compass Kayak (a bit of a bitch to load by hand)
100W solar panel on the Prinsu roof rack w/ Renogy charge controller
    Goose Gear rear seat delete
Expedition Essentials 2TPAM w/Garmin Overlander GPS
    WeBoost cell signal booster
    Alpicool Fridge
    Jackery power pack

Not yet. It's been downpouring rain all day. I'm gonna take more pics when I can.
Another option is the new Morimoto xb headlights. They are a little cheaper and are supposed to have a little better output. I would have probably gone with those, but they became available after I had already preordered these.

    Bunch of Basic Taco mods.
    The Keys have landed!!!
Harnesses routed through the dash from behind the radio.
Overshot the length a little bit, easier to route at least.

Now I wonder why my TPMS light is on when it WAS NOT on before I disconnected the battery. Open to ideas.

BOLT CHECK BOLT CHECK BOLT CHECK.

Not sure if I missed it or forgot it last weekend. The past couple of days, I have been noticing an odd noise while braking. Brakes worked and if you would ease into braking, there would be no noise. It only happened on sudden, quick braking. There would be a "clunking" sound while going over larger bumps in the road, too. Odd.

First day of summer hours while working remotely (which, I hope, stays in the future), went to the gym and did some testing while driving. Noticed right away that it was DEFINITELY on the driver's side. Over larger bumps, things seemed to rattle around a bit. Concerning. Thought about what it could be while working out. I figured I have time today to look at it today since I have a bit of driving and possibly towing to do this weekend and I want to be safe. Got home, thew it up on the jack and stands, popped the driver's side wheel off and noticed it right away. Driver's side caliper bracket bolt (top bolt) was MISSING. The bottom bolt was loose(assuming that was the source of the "clunk" noises over bigger bumps. Being a hoarder, I went into my Milwaukee packouts, located a bolt that would work and did a "trail fix". Tightened the lower bolt and checked the passenger's side. All good there. Threw the wheel back on, torqued the lugs and drove right to O'Reillys. No noises while braking and no "clunks" over bigger bumps and potholes. Awesome.

Luckily, O'Reillys had two boxes in stock and I bought them both to keep on hand (you never know).

Got home and ordered the OEM part (x4) p/n 8215-01084044 to have fresh bolts for thenew knuckles.
