You boys are smarter on this stuff than I am. Care to share some knowledge?

Bought 2 rebuilt icon extended travel 2.5s and one that needs to be rebuilt. The 2 rebuilt ones are about a 3/16s to quarter inch different in length.

Is there anything I need to worry about with that? If there is, any suggestions to fix it?

Check and see if they are the same part number. If they are, that's all I got. Maybe put the longer one on the driver side to counter the taco lean?

Although it's hard to tell in the pic, the chassis is Cerakoted black. I'm probably going to have it either completely Cerakoted in Mag Pul Stealth Gray like the Mag Pul PRS butt stock or just partially around the trigger guard and aft of the thumb shelf. I have to talk to the guy that's going to do it and see what he thinks. If I do the whole thing in gray, I'm thinking about having the barrel, which is currently raw stainless, in black. I definitely want to do my bolt body in Micro Slick Gray.

I was going to wait until I had it Cerakoted, but I couldn't stand it. I had to put it together to see what it looked like in full. Now I'm thinking it doesn't look as weird as I thought with just the butt stock being gray and I may just run it like this. Of course for now, I'm not going to be running it with the bipod. I need a lot better one than that. Until I find some pet loads I like I'm going to be shooting it off the BR front rest since it's more stable. I also have a 10 round mag for it, but I'm likely never going to use it. I left the single shot floor plate in (although I had to stake it around the sides so it would stay in on it's own). No point in subjecting precision loaded rounds to recoil with a bolt gun unless you're competing in the PRS or something.

I also added a swing out anti-cant bubble...and scored some 130 gr Hornady ELD polymer tipped match bullets.

Edit: It's not ready to do what I want to do with it yet though. As soon as I can spare the cash, I need to get a Leupold VX-6 7-42x 56mm scope w/the TMOA Plus reticule with 20 MOA mount to mount on the current 20 MOA rail to give me a total of 40 MOA of elevation. The current scope is very high quality and if I could get the TMOA reticule retro fitted to it, it would probably serve fine until I got to the point where I really wanted to get out there, but it only has 35 MOA of elevation so I couldn't zero it at 100 yards with a total of 40 MOA of rail elevation.

Thanks! I love the look of it in general, way better than the old HS Precision stock. I also like how soft the Mag Pul PRS butt pad is. It's not quite as soft as the gel slip-on pad I was using on the old stock, but as long as it's not killing my shoulder after 50 rounds or so, I prefer the cleaner look over the slip on gel pad which always looked ad hoc to me. In fact, if it doesn't absorb enough recoil there are a couple different ways I can go. One would be to add weights to the fore end M-Lok slots since I am not competition shooting with it and don't have to worry about a weight limit, or given how the butt pad is installed, I could probably get an even softer one for it like you could an old skool rifle butt.

I might even have to adjust the trigger pull to be a little heavier. It seemed like while I was testing it out, I had a hard time just touching the trigger without it releasing the firing pin. I think it has something to do with the change in my grip angle with the pistol grip.

I'm really digging the rear seat delete. My luck says they don't have them for 3rd Gen T4Rs.

They don’t have a seat delete, but they have a mounting plate for the cargo area to mount different modules.
