    Afternoon folks!

Dropped the Heep, I mean Jeep off the shop this morning to replace the rusted out transmission pan. Got it back a little while ago and got a look at the old pan. Thing was about 1 bump away from blowing a hole in it o_O Also noticed all the paint bubbles inside which is really odd. Either that trans is getting hot or the rust was doing it? Who knows, but it doesn't get driven that much.

Haven't done much today at all. Rainy, cold, and dreary day. Did get to replace the water pressure regulator here at the house. The old one was looking pretty weird. Never seen one do this before? o_O

Was about 3 or 4 years old at this point. The gasket on the union was slowly dripping as well, could have tightened it up, but with the rest of it looking ugly like that it was best just to replace it. Yes, I know there's a Sharkbite on there, don't judge me...

I'm jealous of the quiet day. Rolled into work at 9 am today, got started on a bearing change that should've been simple and straight forwards. It was the outer mounting bearing for an eccentric shaft on one of our shaker beds/vibrating conveyors. Got the bearing off only to discover a 1/4 inch of material missing off the shaft under said bearing. Cue the "Aw frick, now it's all gotta come out" moment. It's now 3:45 pm and our machinist just started turning down the weld we built the shaft back up with. Gonna be a long day/night...

Ahh thee old multi-shift down-time report. Happens at my work when they crash a sorter or the such.

Honestly I shoulda been more productive. There's plenty of stuff here to clean or organize. There is an inch layer of dust in my room, but I just don't feel like it. This vacation was kind of a "waste" as in I didn't do what I had planned, but more or a decompression from work as I haven't had one in a while. I got 5 weeks this year to burn, so there will be more.

    Fuckin AAAA RIGHT.
    Outclassed by 4 c-sports racers.
    Made a few more adjustments.
    Drive his ass off.
Finished second. Should have been fifth. So proud of his drive right now.
    We did it.....
