yeah I still see a ton of plates from south of the border around here. I'm sure they're all coming up under the "essential travel" exception.

I know the Americans are able to drive from the south up to Alaska and back. but they're not supposed to be detouring anywhere. just a straight drive through and they might have to prove that they have a residence maybe?. some where getting caught doing this trip and making stops to vacation in Banff and Jasper for a few days. they ended up all getting fined.

haha yeah "Essential Travel" seems to be a loose term.

Yeah they are screaming at this point. Going to be a lot of shuttered places if they aren't already.

I knew they'd be fried. I eat mine raw, little lemon and cocktail sauce. That said, I'm an hour from where they're collected if not 5 minutes from when I do.

I recall the first time I ate a oyster. I was with my step dad and brother in Portland Oregon for my brother's wedding.
I remarked; I reckon that would be similar to me yanking a big ol slimey catfish out of the Missouri river and just run my tounge down the length of it

First, only, and last oyster I ate I was with my dad and brother. Dad and I were drinking, brother was driving and we went to a friends who was cooking several things. One was oysters, dad likes them and had eaten half a dozen or more and I decided to try one. It was the nastiest thing I’ve ever had.
