    Got the paint on the grill touched up, I had some leftover ceramic brake caliper paint that matched pretty well and is really tough. Out on the porch now heat heating up.

    No wood I am using a Webber gas grill. This is one of Webber's smallest grills and I have had it for 7 years now. Webber no longer makes the rotisserie for the small grills.

    I do have a small smoker but I did not have the 8 hours I needed to smoke the ribs.

    Watching "Winning" with Paul Newman. Why can't they make racing movies like they used to? Put the guy in a race car, strap a camera to it and film him during the race. No trick cameras stuff and editing cutaways for the perception of speed, just a fucking man and a fucking race car doing it! Sounds from the real race cars too. I don't know how many times I have seen a Ducati in a movie with the sound effects from a Japanese four cylinder over dubbed.

    The world is a far less masculine place without men like Paul Newman and Steve McQueen in it.
