I like the outlook on earnings but besides that it doesn't seem to want to go anywhere so i'm not sure if even a good earnings is gonna do much to change that on a zoomed out chart
Fantastic hold though, i got a few shares that are a staple to my account

I like what I'm seeing on the chart/volume. It LOOKS like a stock looks when it's trying to run and keeps tripping on something...

Well...Interesting article about those default target date funds your 401K puts you in now when you join based on your retirement age...
I think they're way too conservative to most of my money goes to things I prefer....and what a difference that made through covid. I almost 2x my 401K in a year by self managing in and out of different funds...If I were in the target date fund I would have yielded a 23% return...My actions yielded about a 93% return...
It looks like they're very happy that people just plant the money seed and leave it. I think the target date funds are WAAAY to bond heavy for anyone under 60. The one for my age sits
    Cash 4.33%
    Stocks 88.22%
    Bonds 6.64%

That's over 10% of your investments doing NOTHING at any given time...because both bonds and cash are kicked in the nuts by inflation and there's no interest or dividends on cash...If I wanted to hold CASH I would keep it for myself ;)
The snapshot of the return I got self selecting funds vs the bold black "age fund" That 10% not invested also means you get your ass handed to you by the S&P/DOW/NASDAQ...

Make sure you don't sleep on your 401K...

I also noticed there as a fund shuffle on 6/1 (automatically) where many of the funds I was invested in got moved to identical new funds with a different name...I Like what they did as I'm noticing Fidelity moved from outside managed funds like Columbia Large Cap index fund Fidelity Large Cap (S&P500) index fund with WAY lower expense...

Is Bitcoin going to drop enough again this weekend that I can pick up fresh RIOT calls next week? I love that crypto lets me lose money even when the markets are closed. It’s good for the soul

    That's awesome!
But did you almost 2x or did you almost 3x (193%)?
I was never able to self direct a 401k other than choosing mutual funds. I had to wait until I changed jobs to put my money in an IRA.

His math is always a little sketchy. He always takes his 1.93 multiplier and refers to it as 193%. I’m almost certain he meant 93%

It’s actually really not represented by the graph. I got in and out of different funds at different times. That graph was just a linear representation of the difference between the mixed retirement age fund and some of the funds I hopped in and out of. The biggest thing I did was took 50% of my 401(k) and bought into one of the funds at $41 a share and rebalanced that $62 a share into another fund that went up from $105 to $153. On top of that the 10% left in the $62 went to $84 a share. The default return over that 18 months includes the big market dip 2 months ago which did not touch banks. I left a lot of money in banking heavy funds believing Delaware’s boy would be a windfall for banks. Now I’m fully rebalanced.

I imagine most people would just screw up their investments and panic during volatility and are better served with the set it and forget it of these age based plans.
