    yeah my plan for lunch is pretty simple....sandwiches and chips, easy to stow in a cooler and eat on the road, if need be. you can bring whatever you like. friday night i'm planning on hot dogs and beans again easily prepared but good. satuday night i usually do a steak and some kind of potatoes( a little more time involved ) i was going to try and cook something big enough for everybody, but there are just too many people. I will assist in the cooking of anything anyone brings....
    each of the 7 campsites has a firepit W/grill (which we will probably need all 7 going if everyone plans on grilling a steak or burgers).
    i have another stand-alone grill that can more than double the capacity of one fire.

    i am open for suggestions for sat. night dinner.
    i'm still entertaining the idea of making a giant batch of my world famous, gourmet, beanie weenies for friday night

    i also have a first aid kit and some decent first aid training to go along with it. There is a gas/general store at the end of road 10 on the east side. and a super walmart is about 30 min north east of the campground( 5 min. off property)

    me too, i have a small one with bandaids, disenfectant, smelling salts, asprin, advil, etc, and a second one, military issue, that has all you need to deal with a broken bone or something more serious, but there's still plenty that i don't have stuff for.

    i never really plan on it, but that doesn't keep it from happening :rolleyes:
