I am really loving the transformation. It’s still a work in progress, I have a color matched front valance that will go on next, just waiting for a license plate bracket so I don’t have to mount the plate with screws through the paint. I can’t give the guys at Painted OEM Parts enough stars for the amazing paint job on everything, you would never know they’re not factory, really wonderful work.

Here’s the before and after. The OEM wheels and fender flares are available if anyone is in the
    market.

Could have just bought a sport and would have come with body color flares…

Opinions are like belly buttons, everyone has one and they are all okay. My hubs (who is of poor health and 75) was looking for an inferno orange, access cab, 4x4, not easy to find, so he took the first that came along that had a good maintenance history and was obviously well cared for. I’ll do my darndest over the next year or two to make it exactly what he wants. This is probably his last truck, I aim to make sure he is tickled with his Taco.

He started out at 350.00 but asked me to drop the price to 275.00 if he didn’t have to be meticulous about getting the ole adhesive off. I’m going to weigh them tomorrow so I can estimate any shipping cost, if you’re interested send me your zip and I’ll see what it would be.

nah. Second is better, and I don’t even like bright colors

Second has, hmmm I actually don’t know how to describe it because I don’t know fancy art terms. Let’s just say second is more artistic. Better hues, or textures? Something like that. I dunno the verbiage

I like the painted flares I think with the bright color it looks much better, If it was mine I would cover the chrome bumper also.

I’m sorry but I like the before better. I actually went the opposite way you did. I removed the black wheels that came on my SR5 and put the wheels in you “before” photo on. I like the stock rims but I didn’t like the black stock rims cuz I thought it made it look like I had spare tires on. And I’m buying the black wheel well flares to replace the color coded flares.... with that said, it’s your truck so you do what makes you happy.

I like the first picture better but my opinion doesn't matter as long as you're happy.
