Typically anything other than Toyota exhaust pipes benefit from the mod selection. CAI won’t matter much since that affects the intake valve timing more than anything.

I would select no in your case.

Simple way to put it: less restrictive exhaust = yes answer. You get a slight retard in exhaust valve timing to compensate for less back pressure

Your digital files with Valley Tuning will always be available on your account and through your email.

You could order now and once you receive your VF bundle flash the files

Wouldn’t be opposed to making something for you.

pm me the ECU ID for it (prepare ECU then click no on the vin unlock pop up. If we can make a file then I’ll let you know)

If they are, try to find the time to get the ECU ID. I’ll send the files over free since it’ll be an experimental build

    Question for @TermLimits

For the light pedal version is it less sensitive across the board equally? Or less sensitive only at low vehicle speeds like taking off from a stop? Could you explain when it’s different from the standard throttle version?

    Sure thing!

Light is less sensitive across the board but mainly focuses at low rpm and has throttle limits focused on 1st and 2nd when compared to standard.

Most notably, you’ll have more precise throttle control in low speed situations such as parking lots and neighborhoods.

The negative to this is that Light suffers on average .2-.5mpg on the highway compared to Standard. This is due to the truck needing to use more engine load for longer to achieve the speeds you want.

Overall, 78% of users have reported using light as their primary tune with standard being reserved for towing/road trips.

I personally ran light for months before standard became my go to (heavier wheels).
