My hvac giy just left. Air took a shit....again.
Thats 3 times since jan.

What you guys using fer tabs? I use Songster and Ultimate Guitar.

I find the tab books to be more accurate.

Learned Cody Jinks "birds" today from UG. Nothing to it C G D D. Play the G the ring finger middle finger way and it's real easy.

 

When the compressor took a shit a couple weeks ago, they put a "hard start" capacitor on it to try and jump it. It wasnt the compressor, it was the thermL exchange valve. (TXV).

They put a brand new compressor in, the txv control was bad. So the dumbasses tried to jump it with a hard start capacitor.

Once they figured out it was a bad TXV valve, they replaced it and the the hard start cap in instead of replacing it with the normL cap.
Rookie move.

 

But had a great conversation with the tech.
Young black guy aboit 30 or so. Srved in the air force as did my grampa and im an air forve brat living on bases when I was young.
Whe shared some stories.

Mind you, this is a brand new Trane combo unit I had instalked in Jan and they have alreay been here 3 times. bullshit Trane unit.

 

And yez. been pounding beers.

 

I use multiple tabs. Whatever shows up when I type in....Guitar tab for Scorpions "black out" or whatever. No subscribs to any site. I wont pay for it.

What's a combo unit? Why ask Google when I can ask you? I'm thinking of having a heat pump installed. My heat is oil, but I keep the cost down by supplementing with a pellet stove. I can be away from home for weeks at a time though. No A/C. Now that I've made this my primary residence, I want to keep my pups comfortable on those hot and humid summer days.

I honestly cant tell you the difference between a heat pump and a #2 pencil.

 

I should have went into heating and air just outta high school. My buddy makes $90 hr.

 

Ah! So it IS a heat pump. Now I get it. There's so much about the HVAC world I know nothing about.

 

My neighbors grandkid was going to follow my footsteps into aviation. Now that he's a bit older, he's decided to be an electrician, and just fly for fun. His maturity will serve him well in life.
