I used to be a little less picky when photographing 1st Gen Sienna minivans in the wild, but the newest of these vans (2003) are now rapidly approaching 20 years of age, and even 2nd Gen models (2004-2009...?) are getting harder and harder to come by in even remotely mint condition; Nowadays, I only take pictures of 1998-2003 models unless it is a particularly unique example (Customized, cool paint job, lift kit, etc; Yes, I have seen a picture of a lifted 3rd Gen Sienna AWD, and I thought it was pretty cool)...

This 2001 XLE model from Maryland was in good condition, and an excellent addition to my "Toyota Stalking" collection!


June 26th, 2021:

2005 Lexus LS430; I ran the license plate number through Carfax, and this car was purchased new with 15 miles on it on May 11th, 2005...

Barely over a month later, it was reported stolen on June 15th, 2005; It was recovered, apparently undamaged, on June 20th, 2015 (If you look closely at the right rear door, the paint does not seem to match; Carfax says it's had no accidents, but it's possible that it was the victim of a hit and run and the owner paid out of pocket to fix it)...

Between June 2005 and December 2012, there is absolutely no info in the Carfax report, but by December 2012 it had over 114K miles...

A Dodge dealer listed it for sale in April 2021 with a little over 208K miles on it, and by the middle of May it had been purchased by the second owner; Sometimes Carfax history reports can be very interesting!
