that's definitely super weird that those holes are new and you have no clue how they got there.

Yeah, the only reason I even noticed them was because @Motofox pointed them out while he was under the passenger side helping me with the driveline. The only places the truck's been parked for an extended period of time in the past few weeks are the parking lot at home, the (mostly empty, card key-secured) parking lot at work, and at a campsite a couple weeks back.

I’ve had struggles with this before. You were fighting the c-clip. I have found that rotating the axle a bit will help reposition the c-clip & this makes it a lot easier.

Yesterday I installed a set of @mightytacoman exhaust cam gears, fixed my valve cover leak, and cleaned up my throttle body while I was in there. Test drove it today. Wish I had done this a long time ago, the engine feels much happier.

That worked for my PS axle... But the DS axle was a giant PITA at every angle. I went through the entire 360 degree rotation more than once at ~30 degree increments. Still took a butt load of force and a few broken tools to get it out. That C-clip can be a bitch.

Got a new set of tires on Friday. Great improvement from the bald ones I had before!

Installed an OME carrier bearing drop kit. Was having a slight shudder at take off after installing my AAL. Did a quick test drive up/down my street and seemed like there was improvement. I'll be driving more today for work so i'll get a better sense if its working.

my brakes were so wore out before I put these in I seem to notice a difference already, but mine were getting pretty toasty so anything would have been an improvement. It seems to have more stopping power in the break in process of power braking, but who knows

I have had the same kit installed now for about a year. I did it along with stainless extended lines at the same time. I have noticed a slight improvement in daily driving but the biggest improvement was hardly any brake fade on trails. Overall pretty happy with my kit and will be doing the same when it’s time to replace. My truck is also pretty heavy, so for them to make any difference I was happy.

When I installed mine it was because Archive had a design flaw where the shackle could flip to the bottom of the hanger but I think that's been fixed

I have had mine for a little over a month. I did follow the suggested break in process and have noticed a big difference...especially when towing my trailer. In fact I hauled a heavy load home from Dallas Oregon through commuter traffic in Portland and was really glad I’d made the switch.
