The before measurement was 35" to wheel well, after is 36&5/8" This is without the 3/8" blocks, so glad I skipped them. It will squat a little more when I get the toolbox in there, and perfect, still look like a truck that's not struggling. 20210613_155638.jpg

That sun room has more square footage than most rooms in my house -- heck with the tiles - space envy!:jellydance:

I'm not to sharp for things like that, years ago I lived in a place a year or so, walked in the kitchen one day: "wow, the kitchen is painted yellow??" All other rooms were white.:anonymous:

I was looking at the door gap too.

Looks like it's not centered on the door either.

On my own tangent, WTF is up with AA? Did they forget how to run an airline? My flights have been jacked this year. Sitting at DFW now trying to get to NM. Original flight out of Little Rock was supposed to be at 1015 this morning. At 2030, last night, it was delayed to the point I'd miss my connection, and the best reschedule option was a 1630 departure. That flight was delay about 90 minutes, and I had to change my connecting flight again. Now instead of getting to NM at 1300, I'm supposed to land at 2330. :frusty: :frusty: :frusty: I'm just hoping that someone is still at the car rental place, so I can make the hour drive to my final destination.

What a long day but I got quite a bit accomplished. First the trailing arms on the Corvette, after pressing the bushings in they then need to have the rubber compressed and then the center piece swage to hold the compression. I watched a YouTube video then copied their fixture. 20210613_091037.jpg 20210613_094633.jpg

Next up was the Icon 3 leaf packs and Billstein shocks. As I was mounting up the first tire, I told my cousin, man if this don't look right I'm going to go drop a twinkie. (Possibly more colorful than those exact words). My thoughts on the ride; first off I see some post that say it rides like on clouds, or a marshmallow smooth, well maybe if you were using your Tacoma to pre run the Baja 1000 possibility, I find it rides more firm, or truck like, without the shock of the spring pack bouncing off the overload. Perfect. I'm happy with the ride and looks. It may ride a little smoother when gear is loaded up.20210613_162547.jpg

I do need to fabricate a small bracket for the E-brake hanger, but that's easy enough, just make a drop down to go off the new spring pack keeper/alignment deallybob.
After that was finished, I changed the oil in wifes friends car, then took my truck to the carwash and washed the underside real good and outside as well. There was grinding debris and dust everywhere I'm sure. I know I was full of it.

If any of the bars in the terminal had been open, I'd have tossed back 2-3. Unfortunately, everything was closing when I landed.

I'm not sure. I assumed there were bees but I didn't get close enough to check.
