    Apologies for subjecting the collective to mostly craptastic pics in the past.

    Finally upgraded the 15 year old Rebel EOS T1i to a EOS 90D...is an older budget Canon lens EF-S 55-250mm 1:4-5.6.
    Works fine but noting to write home about.

    I got to go on a ride and it is crazy how much power they have to go forward, when they transition from vertical to forward flight you get pushed back in your seat.

    I can’t think of any worse place to be stationed in Naval Aviation, I’ve done a few multi-week stints but the allure of Yosemite and Sequoia starts to wear off quickly.

    Anyone ever ask to fly through military air space? The guys in the tower at Vandenberg AFB are normally bored and will let civilians do instrument approaches.

    Yeah, we used to go there and the Coalingas to the west just about every weekend. Nothing else to do but drink, and drink we did. We had the most alcohol related incidents per capita on base lol
