    One of my older employees (who owns a home in Austin) recently married a man just like her…who owns a home in Massachusetts. They’re snowbirding. They actually flew back to Mass just before the ice storm because it was warmer there.

    In a meeting today, she was like “oh my, we might actually have to turn the A/C on…”
