For anyone who likes the appearance of OE but wants a little modernity, check these adapters out from Crutchfield. Plugs into the CD changer in the back and stream BT seamlessly.

Fuel filter I picked up a Wix branded one, installed 5 years ago and been trouble free since.

Well, we may have hurt the Auto transmission. Towed a small Tear Drop 856 miles. Had the overdrive off most of those miles due to long grade hills and Heavy WIND!
Shifts ok 1st to 2nd and then Shutters a bit as speed builds up, never did it before. I'll take any suggestions.

Valve covers you say? I'm working on mine right now. Got everything from the dealership a few weeks ago and today is the day I'm finally getting around to it

Change fluid, see if it’s burnt. If it is, it’s time to find someone parting out a t4r, and grab yourself a new to you trans. Just finished swapping mine. In reality, I drove mine for another 5-6k km’s after I cooked it. But it does need to be swapped sooner or later. I also added an auxiliary cooler to my set up.

Replaced my driver's side mirror, it was easier than changing the oil. Less than 5 min total!

    Not bad.
The OEM one is so flimsy. It's bent up real good, but at least protects the casing itself from being dragged over rocks.

@POSTacoMike has a good parts list in his valve cover post (that i should know how to insert as a link here)

I used that list and called the closest Toyota dealer to me and they had it all delivered to a parts store local to me

    IMG_20210614_171842.jpg

I've made a little progress today
