About time you added one to that fancy bumper. How's the frame, you get it patched up yet?

We lived in Salem 02-06 and it’s so different now.

BIL lives in Amesbury so we frequent the Salisbury/Newburyport/Hampton areas.

maybe we’ll stop in York or OOB for lunch. Can’t check into the campground til 3

We did a road trip to Maryland pre-covid and they both did very well. Only to have both wake up in the middle of the night the first night with ear infections and drive all the way home the following day. Felt like CT took 6 hours by itself…

The kids would probably like the Arcade in York. My kids love it. It's paid parking, but it's not expensive. If you want some great seafood for decent pricing check out Hobbs in Wells. That's a go-to for us when we're at the in-laws in OGT.

Were you out at the Brown/Green Log cabin yesterday? I was going to stop by but we had to get back to the house after taking the kids for a ride around the lake/ swim at the beach to meet my SIL who's dog we were watching for the weekend.

This, if mine was in high demand/value I think I would just buy a war wagon since I'm home for at least 6 more months.

No kidding! I was in SHS 08-11. Yeah, the racetrack area is way different. The rest of the town is kind of similar, a lot of development along 28 near the mall though.

Not yet, I'm waiting for Dan @dc welding and I to get our schedules to line up.

No I ended up getting a HF Apex 12K w/synthetic line and wireless remote for under $500. I kept the receipt though so we'll see.

The HF Apex winches seem to be getting halfway decent reviews online. I think in general HF is trying to re-brand away from being cheap Chinese stuff to moderately reliable Chinese stuff.

I have heard absolutely amazing reviews about the new apex winch from harbor freight. It really does sound like a great winch. That's awesome

Yeah, we were all out there with the 4 kids jumping off the dock. My two had stayed over Saturday night for our anniversary. Side note: If anyone’s in the Hudson/Marlboro area I highly suggest Welly’s. Food was amazing.

I only summered there as I was in college at the time. We lived off Old Lawrence road on the Methuen line. I’ll have to check out the area again soon. Similar thing happened to Hudson Nh after we moved back to Mass in ‘12. From what I gather they’re building a massive Amazon facility off exit 2.

With the ultimate demise of Sears / Craftsman (yes, I know you can buy it at Lowes / Ace, but it's not the same) I think there's a market for something to take that slot.

I've only broken one HF tool thusfar, although it was a pretty sad piece to break being a 1/2 to 3/8 adapter that sheered straight off. My air tools have gone through 3 suspension installs, a bunch of breaking lugs loose, etc without hiccuping.

I did notice they have basically discontinued the 20% coupons, which I dislike.

Yeah, that's kinda what I've noticed with all the branding that they’ve been doing.

Thanks man. I liked it because it's a 12k, it has synthetic rope and also because it came with the bracket and longer wires to relocate the sylnoid right in the box.

I haven't seen a coupon in forever...that's excellent, though! I had a gift card earlier this year that I was trying to use and I couldn't find a coupon on their website to use. That's tremendous, regardless.

in Salem? I don’t know about that. Would make sense - good hub for the surrounding areas. I figured they’d want something closer to the airport though.

Hudson ma, yes. We just went there Saturday to check out camping stuff. Stopped at the Medusa beer garden for a pint before dinner. I grew up there on the Bolton line before any of that existed. I was, however, talking about Hudson NH, next to Nashua where they’re building Amazon near the old Sams club and Golf course. Both towns have come a long way in the past few years.
Wish my sleepy little town would welcome more business on that empty 140 stretch going toward Milford. If you haven’t checked out the new Brewhouse in the center of town yet, they have some really good beers.
