    Afternoon folks.

Three women: one engaged, one married and one a mistress, were chatting about their relationships and decided they needed to spice up their love lives.
All three agreed to wear black leather bras, stiletto heels and a mask over their eyes that evening with their respective lovers.
After a few days, they met up for lunch and compared notes.
The engaged woman: “The other night when my boyfriend came over he found me with a black leather bodice, tall stilettos and, a mask.
He saw me and said: ‘You are the woman of my life. I love you.’ Then we made love all night long.”
The mistress: “Me too! The other night I met my lover at his office and I was wearing the leather bodice, heels, mask over my eyes and a raincoat.
When I opened the raincoat, he didn’t say a word, but we had wild sex all night!”
The married woman said: “I sent the kids to stay at my mother’s house for the night when my husband came home.
I was wearing the leather bodice, black stockings, stilettos and a mask over my eyes.
As soon as he came in the door and saw me he said: ‘What’s for dinner, Batman?'”

Reaction when you get a $3k+ escrow check from your old mortgage company after refinancing :yay:

A quarter of a second later when you remember you need to send it to the new mortgage company :annoyed:

I'm getting about $470 out from escrow. You just made me sad. I didn't even think I'd need to put it back.... :pout:

At least we went from 5.54% to 2.875% and from a 30 yr to a 20 yr loan. Shaved off 8 years and a sickening amount of interest.

    Sorry.

I won't repost what our numbers look like but they're in this thread if you're so inclined to go digging. :)

That compounded interest is crazy, isn't it?

I'm nowhere near being able to do that for the house. We did kill off my wife's student loan, though.

I was lucky we both graduated debt free. I worked two jobs for part of the time I went to school, but I also went to tech school. Hers was paid for through the Union I'm in.

I bought my mother her first color TV for Christmas in 1993.
When I was a kid our black & white TV had vacuum tubes, for years we had a floor fan under it to stop the picture from doing a horizontal hold roll.

I read your posts to my wife. She said we spent 3 years and $30k for her to earn, as of now, an extra $50k per year. I'll take those numbers!

She's absolutely destroying me on salary.

The last two weeks we’ve gotten some rain and I’m having to mow every 5-6 days now. Front yard looks great…..as long as it gets some rain :D

I'd take an extra $50k, hopefully net lmao :fingerscrossed: My wife is not the bread winner. I wouldn't mind if she was, I'd be a stay at home house-husband
I make ~$80k or more depending on OT.
