Just looked up San Diego weather. Why is it literally always friggin perfect there. If/when GME moons I’m definitely getting a summer house either there, santa barbara, or Belvedere. Potentially Koh Samui too. I need to see more of the pnw too cause it’s damn beautiful there. Then again in order to have a summer house I probably need to own a house here first.

 

Not rated in the Mi8, that's the other part of our office and I prefer western block craft...

Weather is perfect in San Diego, that's for sure. Problem is, then you have to be around all the other people that are rich enough to live there. No thanks. Fun to visit, awful place to live. I had a boss years ago who was full rich old white guy narcissist. Had a condo in Oceanside, and an E55 AMG in the garage. I was able to go down there and use the property, his car, and his golf course membership whenever I wanted. I took advantage of that many times.

San Diego, despite its lovely weather, is not for me.

 

Market will tank before GME moons, not the other way around. GME will get a fat "holy shit I just wasted all my money" dip before it rockets upwards.

 

It will also hit 14600 before it tanks. I hope. lol
