I read somewhere that prinsu has flimsy front fairings and was using lighter duty aluminum...can't quote it. You're right that the Martin has three crossbars, while the prinsu habitat has 4. You can get a 4th from t-nutz for like $15, so the cost is still cheaper if you need that 4th piece.

The difference between the two may only be marginal. Either way, Martin has really good customer service and I had my rack delivered to my door in a week. I ended up stripping a bolt and they sent me a new one in a couple of days. No hate for cbi/prinsu, but I'd rather buy from the smaller guys if the quality is the same or better.

 

Any of you have a solution for a rack for access cabs with gofast camper

 

sherpaequipmentco.com and prinsu both have a solution for GFC racks for the different cab sizes.

NP, the rack from martinor.com may work for access cabs, too, but the website doesn't give specifics.

Any Superlites out there? I love the V2 however the $$$$ is way out of my budget. I can do a Superlite.

 

No, both bumpers are Mobtown offroad high clearance. The front it the hybrid and the rear is the full swing out. There were other bumper designs I liked better but they were all on the west coast. I wanted high clearance and there was not a lot of options on the East Coast to get bumpers fabricated, powder coated and installed by the same person. Mobtown does not provide powder coating anymore and I doubt they do installs at this point.

Still, these have been rock solid for me. A Subaru rear ended me and destroyed the front of their car. I had scratches.

Quick fishing trip in SW CO

 

What part? How are the flows?

 

Between Durango and Silverton. Flows are to high to fish the rivers, but the some of the creeks are clearing up. Expecting a short and low runoff this year.

 

Any suggestions for powering a light strip setup in the gfc? Most light kits I see use a wall plug.

 

Look at mattgecko or make your own, run it off the battery with a switch in the camper.

Cut the wall plug off and wire it up. Led strips are 12v

 

Thanks. These run a pretty penny and I imagine shipping to Canada would cost an arm and a leg.
