I started to work out again bout three weeks ago. Definitely way out of shape but I have dropped from 248 to 236lbs. I cant run tho because of a leg injury that happened to me when I was 19. Just a shit load of pushups and dumbbell training

    Good morning fellow Pennsyltuckyvanians!!

Wait until you pass 60 and see what fun things your body throws at you. 26 years in the Army, knee surgery at age 17 and various injuries along the way keep me from running so I try to walk, do sit-ups, push-ups and work out with light weights at least 5 days a week. I just never developed a taste for fish so I limit my beef input, eat chicken, turkey and pork sometimes. Salads..salads...salads a lot. I have a drink - primarily bourbon - several times a week and a beer occasionally. That seems to keep me right at 190. I keep shooting to get down to 180-185....but my aim sucks.

Cut grass yesterday morning and started to demo the trim on the mower garage. We're going to re-skin that building with the same material that's going on the greenhouse now.

    Stay safe out there!!

Morning Pa. Little frustrated from yesterday's dealing with the dealerships. Quite a different ballgame trying to get the exact truck I want. Appears the only way is to put money down while unit is being built or in transit to dealership. Man....

Good Morning PA Folks. After reading all of the weight posts, I need to lose some weight. I was 168 when I joined the service but added 6 pounds while in. 174 was a comfortable weight and was that for many years until at age 37 I quit smoking ( almost 73 now)...Added 20 pounds in a flash and I still carry those extra pounds around (plus a few extra.) Tried the gym for many years, bike riding, exercising, going on long walks, watching my diet etc. but it's still there. I just try keeping it at 200 and I'm happy.

Have a great day folks and be safe.

I watched it. As an avid salt water angler, I was astounded! The amount of destruction from humans on sea life, WOW.
All these companies using the term ‘sustainably caught’ and the term cannot be defined.

Good morning all. All this talk of wight loss and gain.....man are we a bunch of old farts on here or what! Covid and 2020 really whacked me hard in that my lifestyle really seemed to change. I usually hung somewhere from 183-187 but I was at the doctor last week and while I knew I'd put on weight as all of my jeans are tight and hard to button when the scale showed 208 I could have shit! Perhaps I should have first and maybe it would have only shown 205 or something. My job is pretty sedentary but I really need to get more active again because I don't want to end up on a bunch of meds and not be able to eat the things I enjoy.

I hear you. After striking out finding a 21 TRD Pro, I have been trying to order a 22 but nobody can even tell me when I could place the order or the deposit. The second dealer even told me if I didn't really need it, don't bother buying anything now because I'll lose money on it in the end.

The really frustrating part is that everyone is citing massive shortages of vehicles because of the lack of computer chips. I was talking to my friend in France yesterday and she said that dealerships there can't give away new vehicles. They have a huge surplus of inventory and nobody to buy. :annoyed:

    Also.. good morning PA!

    Gain weight?

Got up at 4, made/drank tea, took dogs for a 2 mile walk, did laundry, got my grocery shopping done, and did 2 loads of laundry.

    All before 8:30.
