Fitting 35’s with minimal trimming NOW ADDING LONG TRAVEL AND 934 CV’s

I don’t off road at all, think I can get away with a set of 35” tires with a C4 Hybrid bumper?

- 5100 set 2.5” with DS 1/4” spacer
- 1” body lift
- CMC
- SPC UCA

Welds are looking very monetary.

 

Coilovers are getting delivered today and that’s the final piece of the puzzle. +2.25 kit should be on in a few days.

 

Are you using Carbide tooling? I've never had any issue with stainless.

 

Yes...I'm more whining about the slow speed ya gotta use to drill the hole not so much the outer diameter. But it is much nicer to be able to take big cuts of aluminum than all the smaller passes you make with stainless.

 

Definitely. Aluminum is night and day difference.

For the extended brake lines, which spot to they go to?

 

I went with #2. But that was probably wrong too.

 

That's what I was thinking, otherwise that hardline interferes with the UCA gusset.

 

They completely replace the OE hard line from the point you're pointing to in #2 and go straight to the caliper.
