Brake Booster/ Master Cylinder issues

I have a 2008 TRD off-road on 35s/IFS and recently did a six piston BBK from stoptech. The truck brakes so much better now but it didn't fix my soft pedal. I bled the system and feels exactly how it did before (outside of braking faster). It looks like they may have changed the booster in the 2009+ models but was curious if anyone had any advice on what to check prior to upgrading anything. I am thinking it maybe my booster or master cylinder but the upgrade to the Tundra booster/master cylinder looks like its kind of a pain in the butt to do. Is there anything out there that would be better option without breaking the bank? I am just afraid I am going to replace the booster and have the same issue. Does anyone know what they changed in the 2009+ models?

Have you looked at your brake lines!
Rubber may be wearing prematurely
This will cause them to expand and you will have a “soft”/ squishy pedal

 

My front and rear soft lines have been replaced with extended braided lines. Everywhere else is hard lines so the lines are not the issue.

 

Are the rears adjusted properly?
