My step rails arrived earlier than expected, weren't supposed to be here till Friday. So of course I slapped em on this evening after work. A little PNW rain didn't keep me from getting them installed.

Did you add an amp to power the new speakers? Stock speakers have a 5w magnet the size of a quarter. Kickers might be 250w+. Stock radio is designed to power a 5w speaker. So unless you add an amp it’s mostly futile. Not hard to add power if you haven’t already. Cheers mate

My Yeti tundra 65 fits nicely. The 65 is 16” high. I also have the rubber bed mat installed.

Installed kustom54 lighting AB6 headlights with demon eyes. Install said 2-3 hours, but took me way longer. I took my time to make sure everything was wired correctly and looks super clean. I went with the HID upgrade. These things are super bright and the sequential turn signal looks insane! I’ll get a video later. I haven’t seen any Tacoma’s near me that have these so it’s nice for it to look different. It’s funny how as Tacoma owners who love to mod and customize trucks, they all end up looking the same, lol.

I got the grille from tacovinyl and it came that way. You can get whatever custom text you want and color matched letters.

I was thinking about getting those a few months ago. I went with the Morimoto XB LED Headlights instead

    2nd mod of the week…
Diode Dynamic’s yellow sport fog lights. Installing them was a breeze. Took about 20min. Most time was spent test fitting them to get the gap between the housing and the bumper alignment correct. Can’t wait to try them out this evening!

When I was young, partying up and down the roads in Texas, it wasn't the weather that made driving braille useful..... ;)
