    No hard data to say one way or the other. I feel like I noticed less engine breaking (possibly some of the cause of increased mpg)

    I never noticed a difference although my truck was down for a couple months while I did a pile of stuff to it. It still decelerates very well using gears.

    Pretty much the same as I described before. More power/torque/top speed, butt dyno says no. Less draggy/engine braking, still yes. Offroad in 4Lo/lower gears doesn't seem to be changed, there is still enough engine braking to crawl down hills and enough/same power to climb hills. Higher MPGs, need more data but not looking all that impressive(some variation because I swap back and forth between 31" AT and 33" MT tires).

    Would I do it again, yes, but not because of all the claimed improvements. Remember this is on a bone stock 4.0L.

    Is that tuned as well, or just the gear swap?

    I'm probably in on this. Outside of just the time needed to do this, are there any downsides at all? I have 103k miles on my 09, so I figured full new gasket purchase. That and the PCV valve replacement I'm looking at about $200 spent total on all parts. So roughly $80 for gaskets, PCV valve and some permatex goop, in case that helps anyone out pricing this stuff.

    Any secret things I should be looking for during install? put a towel under the chain so I dont drop the bolt into the engine?

    My MPG when >70mph is around 12.5 BEFORE THESE GEARS with camper @ 5800 pounds above 70mph. I just did a 1600 mile road trip with mostly interstate above 70mph and the truck just burned through the gas.

    My more local trips on state highways and local roads, I usually get 15-16mpg PRE GEARS.

    I'll update soon (hopefully in the next month when I service the Supercharger and order parts).

    Mods are currently being changed .....
    I read that twice and still don't know what your results are after the gears. All I've gathered is that before gears it was somewhere between 12.5 and 16 mpg and now it burns through gas?

    correct tooth and side. mark it with some whiteout/ nailpolish, paint marker etc. and you'll be good to go
