I have a 2020 TRD Sport with just under 15K miles and got it with 5 miles on it. Just got a 3" lift installed less than a week ago. I've been noticing lately that the brakes seem "squishy ". It feels like i have to really hammer down on the brake pedal for it to slow down and that it takes awhile to actually slow down. Is this just me? I can't imagine i need new brakes at 15K and i dont think a lift would cause that? (My dealer is saying a lift would cause the brakes to act differently) is that true? Thanks

Same wheels / tires? If your tires are heavier I could see it giving the feeling of being harder to stop.

Did the lift installers have to extend brake lines to accommodate said lift (longer flex hoses in the rear?).
Forgive my ignorance, no idea if extending the flex hoses is required for a 3" lift, but maybe your brakes need to be bled again if they did..
