I cook almost as often as my wife. I think I'm better at it than her too. just don't tell her I said that.

I do most of the cooking at my house. My wife really doesn't like cooking anymore, and I have more spare time. (I also am a better cook);)

I can't be blackmailed, my wife just plain lost interest in cooking after raising a family and doing all the cooking for 30 plus years. She "used to" be a pretty good cook, but doesn't put the effort in any more. I don't have a problem with that, I enjoy cooking, kind of like a hobby.

    Looking really good there Dave.

I put on a rack of ribs around 4:10 and they should be done by 5:30.

Did a dry rub with 2 TBLS of McCormick pork rub, 1 TBLS of McCormick red pepper and 1 TBLS of Kosher salt. After I rubbed the ribs down with crushed garlic I massaged the rub mixture into the ribs.

I have gotten into the habit of using the rotisserie to cook the ribs. Set the temp at about 350 to 375 and let them cook for an hour and a half. No fuss and no muss just good tasting ribs.

Those are looking good! Looks like we've got the same set up. Figures, it'd be the guys who turned the kitchen into somewhere where cooking is done.
