Looks good. I didn't even think to do that. I just installed them silver.

I have it on the drivers side because the other side was a bit scratch from the wrapping. Doesn't really matter, it can go both ways. On https://martinor.com/ he has pictures on both left and right. Guess it's all preference.

If anyone is looking for carriage bolts to slide into the cross bar I found these on Amazon that worked well.

Honestly didn't notice any difference between the sides. I put the logo on the driver side cuz it's my initial as well (may have been a factor in the purchase )

I’ve had mine for about 2 years now. By far one of my best investments on the truck

I can confirm, Yes, Prinsu low profile awning mount with included hardware does work on Martin rack.

The carriage bolt fits snug but it will still slide. The Amazon bolts I bought earlier are looser than the prinsu.

Received my rack yesterday, installing today, pics to follow. Great product, but it did have quite a few scratches on crossbars right out of the box despite individual wrapping. A bit disappointing.

You’ll love it. Pretty sure UPS just drags half the shit behind the truck. The coating will scratch a bit with use too though especially if loading materials / objects directly onto the rack itself rather than kayak cradle etc.

I assembled the rack, removed the roof trim pieces, measured hole locations, getting ready to drill tomorrow.
