I am trying to decide what to do right now. I can't find a '21 ORSB 4x4 dc in the Atlanta area, especially not without a ton of add ons. Trying to decide if I should go ahead and order one with only the premium off road package and wait or keep trying to track one down with minimum add ons.

Only looking now because I can sell my '13 ORLB 4x4 RC for 6k more than I paid in '18. My wife wants me to buy a truck with a cab, so here I am.

The 6k your making on the used truck you bought in '18 should make up the difference in what dealers are either marking up, add on's or not willing to discount off the sticker. Pull the trigger and make the wife happy. It's a win win.

Geez, looks like Costco pulled their customer cash discount as well…I think these MSRP + prices are criminal.

The thought also crosses my mind that prices may never go back down either. Once these dealerships know they can gouge it’ll be harder to beat them down. Even when supply picks up a bit more. Who’s to say Toyota just doesn’t throttle production moving forward?

I bought my truck last Saturday, i got $1440 off SR5, basically no addons, however that Costco quote was done back on 4/2/2021, dealer said if I resubmitted the same quote on saturday it would have only been $400 off. So the program is definitely still running, Colorado region.

That would make sense if Toyota was the only ones selling trucks. Luckily for us, they are not. Things will eventually stabilize, the only unknown is when.

I ordered a DCSB OR 6MT Premium. Pick it up late July-early August. MSRP $42844, paying $41,010. I used Costco Auto program. Felt it was a decent deal considering the current market. Brewer Toyota, Moon Twp PA.

Called a dealer last night and told him I was looking for an OR with only the tech package. He told me he didn't have one but would check if they were receiving any similar builds in future deliveries. Called me back 5 minutes later and said they literally just had one delivered. Went straight up to the dealer and wrote a check. Literally had zero miles on it when I picked it up.

How did you manage the discount? We bought the same truck a few hundred miles apart yesterday. You have the tire upgrade and step bars and paid $700 less.

Took me about 3 weeks until the GSM called me personally. My OTD offer was 43k the entire time, but the lowest they would go initially was $44,809. Dealing directly with the GSM made the difference. I still think I could have done a bit better, but I felt it was fair given the climate and I did very well on my 4Runner sale to Carvana.

If you have direct deposit from the govt (active duty pay, VA payments, retirement payments, etc) they'll knock off .25 off your interest rate, Navy Fed is legit!

Nice! I financed through USAA and got up too 72mo at 1.99%, I was shocked when I saw that interested rate and said whatever, make my term as long as possible lol. They actually knocked .25% off just for doing automatic payments

They did knock off .25 on the interest rate. I got their lowest interest rate of 2.29 minus the .25 which brought it down to 2.04.

Damn, that's a really good rate! and yup, as long as it was federal-related (I think) they knocked it off. They did it for other commercial loans as well, but I forget which ones.

Right on! I didn't even know about it til the customer service rep mentioned it to me after she answered another question I had.

My 2021 TRD Sport DCSB 6-speed manual (model 7543) arrived yesterday. Options were:
    • 2T all-weather mats and door sill protectors
    • B5 bed light
    • CJ bed mat
    • D5 door edge guard
    • E6 black chrome exhaust tip
    • MF mud guards
    • R2 5" oval tube steps, black
This was a factory order placed in December when incentives were strong. Toyota added a few options to the order that I wouldn't have picked, such as door edge guards, and the incentives are no longer in effect, so I paid a bit more. I got it for invoice plus the $250 doc fee which I didn't feel compelled to argue over. MSRP $38,625 including destination, my price was $35,912 including destination plus a $250 doc fee and TTL. I'm pretty happy with the deal.

Got my 21 DC TRD OR 4x4 in March. It was at the beginning of the price hike. Called every dealer within 80miles for 1-2weeks and no one has the color I wanted. Everyone want 45k+ and that's not including tax, paper, registration, etc. None of them even accept MSRP offer. Finally find one dealer that offer me 42,500 and the guy even said don't bother to negotiate the price. Everyone has limited to no inventory and he know everyone is marking up the price at least 5k.

    MSRP $37,380
    Optional equipments $1,950ish
    Delivery & handling $1,175

    Total $40,521

Paid $42,500 (tax, paper, fees, etc included)
